Tingwen Huang is a distinguished professor and researcher in computational intelligence, currently affiliated with Texas A&M University at Qatar and Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology, China. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University in 2002.
Huang’s research focuses on neural networks, machine learning, nonlinear systems, intelligent control, and optimization. His work has been widely recognized, with over 37,000 citations and numerous prestigious awards, including the IEEE Fellowship (2018)
In addition to his academic contributions, he serves as an editor for leading AI and computational intelligence journals and has led multiple research projects funded by the Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF). His work significantly impacts fields such as smart grids, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence applications.
Huang remains an influential figure in computational intelligence and applied mathematics, contributing to advancements in both theoretical and practical aspects of AI-driven technologies.
